| Project Description |

This project involved the redevelopment of the old pool & gym at the Shelbourne Hotel into a Wellness Centre, with treatment rooms, salt cave treatment, a fully equipped gym, male and female changing facilities. Also it included the alteration of the pool adding a modern sauna and spa room.

Responsible for preparation of tender documentation, the documents were prepared showing specific information with regard to the heritage status of certain areas of the development, also co-ordinated and worked with other professionals to produce fire & disabled access certificates.
